Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end events, ensuring alignment with client expectations and event objectives
- Develop event concepts and operational plans that translate ideas into flawless on-ground execution
- Manage vendors and partners including sourcing, onboarding, coordination, and performance management
- Lead venue and vendor negotiations to achieve optimal quality, timelines, and cost efficiency




- Oversee event production elements such as logistics, staging, audio-visuals, and on-site coordination
- Handle multi-city and outstation events, ensuring consistency and quality across locations
- Anticipate challenges and resolve issues quickly during planning and live event execution
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met for every event
