We are seeking a agile and mission-driven professional to lead operations across programs and states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage 50+ team members across multiple locations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of training centers and implementation of skill-building programs.
- Partner with government bodies, SHGs, and community organizations to strengthen program outreach.
- Drive inclusion initiatives for women with disabilities, focusing on employment and entrepreneurship (SMEs).
- Monitor program impact, quality, and scalability across states.
- Represent the organization with stakeholders, funders,
and government agencies.
- Ensure strong field presence with extensive travel (approx. 2 weeks per month).
Desired Profile:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in non-profit, social impact, or development sector.
- Strong understanding of skills, employability, and inclusion programs.
- Ability to manage large, diverse teams and multi-stakeholder partnerships.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and working in rural/semi-urban contexts.
- Proficiency in Kannada (preferred for Karnataka operations).
