Key Responsibilities

- LLM Development: Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based systems using prompt engineering, RAG techniques, and agent-based architectures.
- Codebase Ownership: Write and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable Python and SQL code using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
- Cloud Deployment: Assist in the deployment and optimization of GenAI solutions across Azure, GCP, or AWS, ensuring cost-effective and high-performance infrastructure.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and business SMEs to translate functional requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering peers, encouraging best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Innovation:



Continuously stay updated on advancements in LLMs and Generative AI, evaluating new techniques and incorporating them into project workstreams.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of skilled experience in building machine learning models and systems.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience specifically in LLMs and Generative AI, with expertise in:
○ Prompt Engineering
○ Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
○ Agent-based LLM systems
- Strong programming expertise in Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and SQL.
- Proven experience contributing to or driving a technical roadmap within an engineering organization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and business SMEs.
