Senior Insurance Claims Support (L2)

Location: Infopark, Kakkanad

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Insurance back-office processes, preferably in Claims support

Educational Requirements:

- Graduates or Postgraduates, preferably with a Commerce background.

- (Candidates from technical backgrounds such as B.Tech are not eligible.)

Joining Date: Immediate joiner (availability for joining on Aug 2026)

Job Summary: We are seeking experienced professionals with a background in BPO Insurance back-office processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in claims support, be capable of liaising with clients through various communication channels, and possess robust analytical, communication, and leadership skills. The role also involves quality audits and providing training and coaching to frontline associates.

Responsibilities:

- Policy/Claims Support: Manage policy setups, changes, and claims intake by coordinating with client contacts via email, chat,



and calls.

- Quality Audits: Conduct quality checks on associates' work, provide constructive feedback, and coach team members.

- Team Support: Assist frontline associates with queries, referrals, and support trainees.

- Complex Accounts Handling: Manage and resolve complex account issues while providing on-the-job training for new hires.

- Training: Conduct process-related training sessions for the team as and when required.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years in Insurance back-office processes, preferably in Claims support​

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.

- Must be available for Work from Office (WFO) in Kochi.

- Immediate availability for joining on Aug 2026.
