This role works closely with IAM, IT Security, Legal, Compliance, and Service Desk teams to ensure a secure, compliant, and highly available messaging environment. Experience with Active Directory and identity operations is a strong plus, particularly to assist with IAM-related operational tickets, service accounts, and process automation.nnKey Responsibilities u0026 Expectations:nn * Hands-on experience administering and supporting Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises in a hybrid environment, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of the messaging platform.n * Proven ability to execute Microsoft 365 eDiscovery requests in support of legal and compliance cases, including accurate data retrieval, strict chain-of-custody,



and enforcement of retention and litigation hold requirements.n * Experience training and supporting Legal and Compliance stakeholders on eDiscovery tools, processes, and best practices to improve self-service and operational efficiency.n * Strong experience administering and optimizing email security solutions, including policy tuning and threat detection to protect against spam, phishing, and malware.n * Demonstrated collaboration with Security and Compliance teams to strengthen email protection, governance controls, and overall messaging security posture.n * Experience supporting IAM operations, including service account lifecycle management with a focus on least-privilege access and security compliance.n * Ability to identify and implement automation opportunities for IAM and Exchange tasks using PowerShell or similar scripting tools.n * Experience improving user experience through streamlined onboarding, mailbox provisioning, and access management workflows.n * Participation in initiatives to modernize and standardize IAM and messaging processes, driving operational efficiency and consistency.nnnnOperational Ticket Management (ServiceNow Support) nu2022 Monitor, triage, and resolve Exchange and email-related incidents and requests through ServiceNow. nu2022 Troubleshoot mail flow issues, delivery failures, access problems, and security-related concerns. nu2022 Handle escalations from the Service Desk and provide root-cause analysis for recurring issues. nu2022 Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and KB articles. nu2022 Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to improve Service Desk first-line resolution rates. nnRequired Qualifications u0026 Skills:nn * Technical Expertise nu2022 Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online,
