This role is part of the IT Asset Management (ITAM) team and focuses on maintaining high levels of compliance, inventory accuracy, and service efficiency for assets such as laptops, mobile devices, monitors, and network equipment located within office premises.nn## What you will donn * Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT assets, including tagging, tracking, and reconciliationn * Manage allocation and de-allocation of IT assets for employees across locationsn * Monitor and authorise IT asset movement between offices and storage areasn * Coordinate with vendors for delivery, pickup, courier logistics, and spare managementn * Handle service requests and incidents related to IT assets, ensuring timely resolutionn * Conduct regular physical verification, audits, and store inspectionsn * Perform floor walks to identify unused, underutilised,



or damaged assetsn * Oversee material inward and outward movement and store managementn * Maintain and update process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)n * Support lifecycle management of assets from procurement through disposaln * Contribute to governance activities, reporting, reconciliation, and audit closurennnn## Who you arenn * An individual with experience in IT Asset Management and lifecycle processesn * Knowledgeable in inventory management, asset tracking, and reconciliationn * Confident in coordinating with vendors, service partners, and internal stakeholdersn * Skilled in reporting, documentation, and audit compliancen * Familiar with ITAM policies, standards, and governance requirementsn * Comfortable using the ITIL framework in day-to-day operationsn * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and macrosn * A clear and effective communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsn * Educated to Bacheloru2019s degree level in any discipline, with 2u20134 years of relevant experiencennnn## Not a Perfect Fit?nnConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
