Senior Engineer – Transmission (HVAC Projects)
Department: Design and Technical
Reporting To: Project Manager/ Deputy Manager
Location: Karnataka (Project Site – Deputation Basis)
Employment Type: Full -Time
Position Summary
The Senior Engineer –
Transmission will be responsible for execution, supervision, and coordination
of High Voltage AC (HVAC) Transmission Line projects across Karnataka. The role
requires robust technical expertise in EHV transmission systems and site
execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution of planned activities, considering the
project timeline and scheduling the supervision of EHV transmission line
works (132kV / 220kV / 400kV & above)
- Manage tower foundation, erection, stringing, and
commissioning activities
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, technical
specifications, and safety standards
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal
cross -functional teams
- Timely reporting the site progress and prepare MIS/DPR
reports
- Ensure quality control and compliance with
statutory norms
- Optimize manpower and material utilization at site
or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Transmission specialization preferred)
