Key Responsibilities:


- Coordinate with suppliers (special processes & subcontract machining) to obtain commitment dates for parts sent for processing

- Expedite lead times to ensure adherence to production and delivery schedules

- Regularly follow up with suppliers to track progress and resolve delays

- Conduct frequent visits to supplier locations to monitor work -in -progress (WIP)

- Ensure timely movement of parts to and from supplier locations

- Coordinate internally to ensure processed parts are received at the Client within planned timelines

- Maintain proper tracking and status updates of all outsourced processes


Requirements:

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical or related field





- 1–4 years of experience in production support / supplier coordination / procurement

- Willingness to travel frequently to supplier locations

- Valuable communication and coordination skills

- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, special processes, and subcontracting

- Ability to manage timelines and work under pressure
