Job Description – Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps practices across our projects. The role requires deep expertise in automation, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and system reliability, along with strong collaboration skills to work across development, QA, and operations teams.

Location: Bangalore

Notice period: 0 -10 days

Key Responsibilities

· CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain robust continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

· Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation.

· Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Leverage tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog to monitor systems and optimize performance.

· Automation: Streamline and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and minimize human error.

· Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable software delivery.

· Security & Compliance: Apply security best practices and implement automated compliance checks.

· Troubleshooting & Support:



Diagnose and resolve issues in production and staging environments quickly and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Solid experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).

· Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.

· Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

· Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

· Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools.

· Solid understanding of networking, system administration, and security principles.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills

· Experience with serverless architectures and cloud-native solutions.

· Knowledge of infrastructure cost optimization and cloud governance.

· Exposure to hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

· Familiarity with advanced security practices such as zero-trust, secrets management (Vault), and identity federation.

· Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet, SaltStack).

· Knowledge of observability stacks (ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry).

· Contributions to open-source projects or DevOps communities.
