- Terraform – Basic to intermediate knowledge for environment provisioning
- Production Support & ITSM – Proven experience supporting D365 CRM and Power Platform applications
- Architecture & Design – Design experience with Microsoft Power Platform and D365 CRM Sales modules
- Operational Support – Ticket management, troubleshooting, setting administration, and automation guidance
