We are looking for a Senior Copywriter / Content Writer to lead content strategy and execution across digital platforms, performance campaigns, brand communication, and growth marketing initiatives. This role blends creative storytelling with data-driven conversion writing and strategic planning. You will work closely with performance marketers, designers, strategists, and leadership teams to craft compelling content that drives engagement, leads, and measurable revenue growth. The ideal candidate understands how to balance brand voice with performance objectives, creating content that not only inspires but also converts. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and can manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business and growth goals
- Build and manage content calendars across websites, blogs, social media, email, and paid campaigns
- Define brand voice, tone, and messaging frameworks
- Write high-converting copy for paid ads across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
- Create and optimize landing pages focused on conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Develop email marketing sequences and automation flows




- Produce long-form content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and reports
- Write website copy including homepage, product, and service pages
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
- Optimize existing content to improve search rankings and performance metrics
- Collaborate with SEO, performance marketing, and design teams
- Mentor junior writers and ensure content quality and consistency
- Present content concepts and strategies to stakeholders
- Manage multiple accounts and ensure timely delivery of projects

What Makes You a Great Fit

- 5–8 years of experience in copywriting or content marketing
- Proven expertise in performance marketing copy (ads, landing pages, email funnels)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both conversion-driven and brand storytelling work
- Solid understanding of SEO writing and keyword optimization
- Experience writing for B2B and/or D2C brands
- Strong grasp of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CVR, CAC, and ROAS
- Excellent research, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Notion, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot, or Webflow
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and creative thinking skills
- Ownership-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in high-growth environments
