Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Compliance Officer (Lithuania) at Plutus.

Location: Remote (UK or Europe)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Ensuring that Plutus complies with all relevant Lithuanian regulations and laws, as well as staying up-to-date with changes in the regulatory workplace.

- Prepare the firm to comply with MiCA legislation.

- Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures,

- monitoring and reporting on compliance obligations

- Identifying and addressing compliance risks.

- Conducting crypto related investigations and addressing risks.

- SAR reporting to FCIS (FNTT) and conducting EDD investigations.

- General Compliance tasks

Qualifications

- Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills

- Analytical Skills





- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills

- Finance knowledge

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Experience in financial regulation and compliance

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field a plus

- Relevant additional qualifications and skills include knowledge of Lithuanian regulations, experience in the cryptocurrency industry, and certification in compliance or related fields.

Salary Range: 3,000 - 3,500 EUR (Net/pm)

Others:

- More of AML experience

- Legal background is a plus

- Native of Lithuania - speaks local language
