What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months):

- Build and scale high-performance backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Design modular, extensible microservices that integrate seamlessly with distributed systems.
- Take ownership of performance, scalability, and fault tolerance for services handling millions of time series data points.
- Optimize data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with frontend, ML, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable, production-grade services.
- Contribute to system design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

Tech Stack You’ll Work With:

- Languages: Python (primary), SQL
- Frameworks: FastAPI, Flask (secondary), asyncio
- Infrastructure / Tooling: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Airflow
- Data / Workflow: Kafka, Postgres, Redis, Celery
- Testing / CI/CD: Pytest, unit and integration testing frameworks

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:





- 4–8 years of experience in backend product engineering.
- Strong expertise in Python and FastAPI (or similar frameworks).
- Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Proven experience building scalable, production-grade REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and microservice architectures.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
- Familiarity with async programming and performance optimization.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Exposure to distributed compute frameworks like Spark, Dask, or Ray.
- Experience with Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, or MLOps-style data pipelines.
- Prior work in enterprise-scale SaaS or data platforms.
