We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase cum Logistics Coordinator to manage procurement activities and ensure efficient movement of goods and materials. This dual-role position will be responsible for sourcing, vendor management, purchase order processing, and overseeing logistics operations including shipping, tracking, and inventory coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.

- Request quotations, negotiate prices, terms, and delivery conditions.

- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) in line with company policies.

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.

- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials/services.

- Coordinate with finance for supplier payments and invoice reconciliation.

- Plan and oversee logistics operations including transportation, shipping, and delivery.

- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies for timely dispatch and receipt.

- Manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations.

- Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement when inventory is low.





- Ensure proper documentation for inward/outward materials (GRN, delivery notes, etc.).

- Assist in resolving shipment delays, transportation issues, or damaged goods.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in purchasing and/or logistics coordination.

- Familiarity with procurement processes, Incoterms, and logistics documentation.

Key Skills:

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

- Knowledge of logistics operations, warehouse coordination, and customs procedures.

- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).

- Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred:

- Experience in Energy & Utility Industry.

- Familiarity with import/export procedures and documentation.

- Understanding of local and international logistics regulations.
