Experience required 3- 6 yrs, preferably in Housing or Hospitality.
RESPONSIBILITIES-
- PROJECT LEAD (Oversee design development, detailed engineering upto site execution)
- Effective communication and formal representation to clients & coordination with consultants/subconsultants.
- Lead the development of creative and functional designs that align with client needs and firm standards.
- Getting prepared, reviewing and issuing GFC drawings on site.
- Reviewing tender documents & BOQ’s.
- Develop strategic action plans for projects, anticipate challenges, and proactively resolve issues
- Oversee the progress of multiple projects, track timelines, and ensure that work aligns with design intent and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CAD tools knowledge of BIM / REVIT is a plus.
- Robust problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic work environments.
