Relevant Experience :
3+Years of experience
Must Have Skills :
1. Robust knowledge of accounting principles and accounting standards
2. Hands -on experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar)
3. Experience in month -end and year -end close processes
4. Knowledge of auditing processes and statutory compliance
5. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Good Have Skills :
1. Exposure to MIS reporting
2. Experience handling multi -entity accounting (India & overseas)
3. Knowledge of lease accountingRoles and Responsibilities :
1. Record accounting entries in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
2. Resolve accounting -related issues and prepare reconciliations
2. Support month -end and year -end close processes for multiple entities (India and offshore)

Review and analyze Travel & Expense (T&E;) reports for accuracy and policy compliance
4. Handle accounting areas including fixed assets, operating expenses, provisions, AP,
AR, intercompany reconciliations, and leases
5. Maintain accurate and well -organized financial records
6. Support preparation and analysis of financial statements and MIS reports
7. Assist in audit assignments from planning to finalization within defined timelines
8. Collaborate with cross -functional teams to gather data, resolve discrepancies,
And ensure statutory compliance
9. Participate in process improvements and implementation of accounting proceduresLocation :
