Your Role:

Process orders, Quotes from various countries. Send required and provide the ETA/availability to customers as requested. Assign the customer request to related team

Who you are:

- Enter all orders and quotes for the different countries on time

- Should be able to handle Order management process end to end

- Hands-on experience in ERP system SAP, Oracle and CRM tool SFDC

- Meeting the SLA and TAT as per the agreed guidelines with the STAKEHOLDERS

- Communicating with customer on pre-order booking issue

- To solve the enquiries of customers providing the real time update on order status to keep customers informed

- Customer focused approach

- Accountable for meeting and maintaining defined standards for quality and productivity

- Ensure that internal and external customer's requirements are met on timely basis





- Consistently Achieving HOURLY and DAILY targets

- Process customer documentation requests

- Demonstrate positive process knowledge within the region on all the activities

Basic Qualification:

- Any Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university

- Preferably with relevant experience in SDFC, SAP, Oracle

- Experience in Order Management / Service Complaints with 2 – 3 years’ experience is preferred

Preferred Qualification:

- Should possess basic knowledge of SFDC Functional Knowledge and ERP (SAP & Oracle) user knowledge

- Hands-on experience on ERP’s like SAP, Oracle, Trackwise

- Should possess basic knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
