We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to oversee the organization’s financial operations, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–6 years of post-qualification experience — preferably from a jewellery or manufacturing background — and possess solid analytical and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports after detailed analysis of the trial balance.
- Manage quarterly hard closing of accounts and coordinate annual statutory audits.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliations.
- Handle insurance matters, including claims and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and PF.
- Coordinate and support internal audits and income tax-related activities.
- Lead financial forecasting and monitor key metrics including working capital and inventory levels.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, track actuals vs. variances, and recommend corrective measures.
- Actively participate in due diligence processes during audits or financial assessments.
Qualifications
- CA-qualified professional with 5–6 years of relevant experience.
- Background in jewellery or manufacturing industry preferred.
