We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Security Associate to join our team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and assets.

- Monitor and operate surveillance equipment, access control systems, and alarm systems
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address potential security risks
- Control access to the facility, verifying employee and visitor credentials
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, following established protocols
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on security best practices
- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and company policies

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent




- Valid security guard certification as per local regulations in Pune, India
- 2-3 years of experience in security or a related field
- Proficiency in operating security equipment, including surveillance systems and access control systems
- Robust knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and risk assessment
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports
- Computer literacy and familiarity with security management software
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and patrol large areas
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of local security laws and regulations in Pune, India
