ensuring accurate and timely updates in Jira or equivalent tools. nStrengthen collaboration between developers, testers, Product Owners, and stakeholders across teams.nn## Who you arennAn agile practitioner with 3u20134 years of experience working as a Scrum Master. nKnowledgeable in agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile approaches. nComfortable with software development concepts, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams. nExperienced in using agile tooling, particularly Jira, for backlog, sprint, and metrics management. nA collaborative communicator with strong stakeholder management and coaching skills. nProactive, self-motivated, and able to guide teams through change in a delivery-focused environment.nn## Not a perfect fit?nnConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
