Configure process flows, document management, and integration points. Collaborate with Recruiting and Employee Central teams. Deliver end-user training and support go-live activities. Ensure compliance with organizational onboarding policies. Solid expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0/2.0. Integration knowledge with RCM and EC. Project leadership and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to translate HR processes into system solutions. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or IT. 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with multiple Onboarding projects. SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification is required.
