Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP modules, primarily SD and MM, in alignment with business and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Provide expert functional knowledge in SAP SD and MM, focusing on invoice processing, tax configuration, and statutory reporting.
- Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions through process mapping and industry best practices.
- Develop and review functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
- Work with stakeholders to implement E-invoicing processes and ensure compliance with government mandates.




- Coordinate with ABAP and middleware teams for API integration between SAP and government or third-party portals (e-invoice/GST).
- Manage IDoc processing, handle interface troubleshooting, and ensure seamless integration management.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation—Functional Specs (FS), Technical Specs (TS), and UAT scripts—to support testing and go-live activities.
- Oversee change requests, issue resolution, and post-implementation support, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering collaboration across cross-functional SAP teams.
- Prepare and present project status reports and updates to stakeholders and management.
