If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.nnWe are currently seeking a SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.nnIn this role you will be responsible for:nnDesign, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals.nnWork with other project team members to assure all Purchasing aspects of the plant maintenance solution are optimized.nnAssure parts and materials needed for plant maintenance activities have proper integration into the clients Purchasing solution. nnConduct and participate in workshops to drive Key Design Decisions with clear recommendations and leading practices.nnDetect operational dependencies, demands, and issues among client processes, systems, and data.nnWork with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out SAP based solutions for the purchasing aspects of Plant Maintenance.nnDevelop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisorsnnContinue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertisennVery Clear Communications about solution components with plant/warehouse end users.nnRequirements for this role include:nnExperience as an SAP Consultant with at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.nnHands on experience in the requirements gathering/ fit-gap, design/blueprinting and configuration/customization phase of SAP transformation programs.nnDeep understanding of Business processes and Configuration in regard to SAP Purchasing and components related to purchasing parts and materials needed in the SAP Plant Maintenance processes.nnExperience in Master Data and transactional data used in the purchase of plant maintenance parts and material, such as:nnSetting up in Direct PurchasingnnSetting up in Spare part PurchasingnnTriggering PR from Plant Maintenance ordersnnGood ReceiptsnnPreferred experience with Plant Maintenance module and associated integration aspects of MM/PM,



such as:nnMRP ProcessnnReservations and Goods Issue for Maintenance OrdernnSAP cross functional integration experience among with Materials Management, Quality Management, and Product Planning.nnAbility to work closely with other project team members on data conversion requirements, including identification of data conversion requirementsnnRICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) experience.nnNice to have knowledge in SAP Plant maintenance master data, Maintenance notifications, Maintenance orders and preventive Maintenance, Calibration process, Refurbishment Process.nnTeam management and project management skills as an asset.nnTrain users in master data management, current business processes, transactional activity, and report execution.nnPreferences: nnSolid knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture of SAP ECC. Nice to have S/4 Hana experience.nnSolid analytical / problem solving skillsnnAbility to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.nnStrong influencing and excellent communication skills.
