This role is ideal for an experienced Salesforce professional who can design, build, and optimize solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable components, enhance system performance, and support business processes through robust Salesforce customizations. The role requires strong hands-on expertise with Lightning Web Components, Apex programming, and cloud configurations, along with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using LWC, Aura, and Apex.
- Configure and support Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud features and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement enhancements as needed.




- Support integration efforts with external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Document technical specifications, solutions, and process workflows for ongoing reference.
- Work within a hybrid model and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- 4+ years of strong, hands-on experience in Salesforce development, particularly with LWC, Apex, and Aura.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and declarative features.
- Experience working with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments.
- Ability to design clean, efficient, and scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
- Solid analytical skills paired with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
