- Background in sales of engineering plastics, polymers, or specialty chemicals
- Familiarity with materials such as PA (Nylon), PC, ABS, POM, PBT, and blends
- Solid relationships with OEMs, plastic moulders, and processors
- Capability to generate new business and manage key accounts
- A techno-commercial approach
