This role is responsible for scaling revenue beyond founder-led selling, building a predictable pipeline, and strengthening enterprise and outbound sales execution. The Sales Leader will act as the commercial engine of the organization—driving closures, elevating team performance, and expanding revenue across India and international markets.

You will work closely with the founder to establish repeatable sales motions, improve win rates, and build a high-performing outbound and enterprise sales function.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and scale revenue generation across India, SEA/MEA, and the US.
- Transition sales from founder-led execution to a scalable, repeatable revenue engine.
- Drive higher win rates through improved deal strategy, discovery, and qualification.




- Strengthen outbound performance across SDR and Sales Executive teams.
- Lead high-quality demos and discovery calls; independently close complex deals.
- Coach and mentor Sales Executives and SDRs to elevate performance and consistency.
- Build pipeline predictability through structured forecasting, deal reviews, and execution rigor.
- Partner closely with leadership to define go-to-market strategy and pricing motions.
- Establish clear sales processes, metrics, and accountability across the funnel.
