Job Title: Sales Consultant

Experience: 0 to 3 Years (Automobile industry experience must)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentive

Location: Trichy / Karur / Perambalur / Ariyalur / Kumbakonam / Thanjavur

Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Consultants with experience in the Automobile industry. The role involves identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate vehicles or related services, and ensuring an excellent buying experience. This position is ideal for candidates with a passion for automobiles, sales acumen, and strong customer-handling skills. Freshers with automobile knowledge and practical exposure are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with customers to understand their automobile requirements and recommend suitable vehicles or services.

- Promote and explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing, and after-sales services.

- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Assist in vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and delivery process.

- Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and follow-up communications.





- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

- Conduct market research and stay updated on automobile models, competitor activities, and industry trends.

- Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a professional buying experience.

- Coordinate with service, finance, and insurance teams for smooth operations.

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Automobile Engineering, or related fields (preferred).

- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales/customer service in the Automobile sector (mandatory).

- Freshers with robust automobile knowledge and excellent communication skills will be considered.

Skills Required

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.

- Passion for automobiles and updated knowledge of vehicle models and features.

- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

- Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into sales.
