The SaaS & Enterprise Applications Manager will be responsible for owning the complete lifecycle of SaaS and enterprise tools across the organization. This role will drive tool selection, implementation, license management, cost optimization, adoption, and governance, ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-effective use of business applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a centralized inventory of all SaaS and enterprise applications across the organization.
- Manage software licenses, renewals, usage optimization, and vendor contracts.
- Evaluate, recommend, and onboard new SaaS tools aligned with business requirements.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise applications including HRMS, CRM, PMS, and similar platforms.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth rollouts and integrations.
- Drive user adoption through training programs, SOP documentation, and enablement initiatives.
- Establish and enforce SaaS governance to eliminate redundancy and prevent shadow IT.
- Partner with IT and Security teams on SSO, access management, integrations, and compliance requirements.

Experience & Skills





Experience

- 6–12 years of experience in SaaS or enterprise application management.
- Background in technology-driven, IT services, or SaaS-focused organizations.
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing platforms such as HRMS, CRM, PMS, or similar systems.

Skills

- End-to-end SaaS lifecycle management
