We are seeking accomplished Finance & Accounting (F&A;) professionals across Record-to-Report (R2R) and General Ledger (GL) functions to support and lead end-to-end financial close, reporting, and governance activities. These roles are ideal for individuals who bring strong accounting expertise, hands-on ERP experience, and the ability to drive accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute month-end and period-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Review and approve complex accounting transactions, including revenue recognition, accruals, and adjustments
- Perform detailed balance sheet reviews and ensure timely resolution of open items
- Prepare and analyze management reports, dashboards, and financial insights for stakeholders
- Ensure strict SLA adherence, quality benchmarks, and compliance with accounting standards




- Participate in and lead governance calls and close review meetings with clients and retained accounting teams
- Drive process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support audits by providing documentation, explanations, and walkthroughs
- Mentor, train, and guide team members; allocate work and manage exceptions where applicable
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial outcomes

What Makes You a Great Fit

- Strong F&A; domain expertise within R2R and General Ledger operations
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to handle complex accounting scenarios with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in client-facing roles, including governance and review discussions
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a rapid-paced, closing-driven environment
- Experience leading teams, managing workloads, and driving performance (for senior roles)
