- Create and modify detailed 3D piping models using Autodesk Revit
- Develop shop drawings, layout drawings, and isometrics for piping systems
- Model piping systems including process, utility, HVAC, plumbing, or fire protection (as applicable)
- Coordinate models with other disciplines (structural, architectural, electrical, HVAC)
- Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools
- Ensure models comply with project specifications, codes, and standards
- Extract BOQs, pipe schedules, and material take -offs from Revit models
- Incorporate redlines, markups, and design changes accurately and efficiently
- Maintain proper Revit families, templates, and project standards
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in piping modeling using Revit
- Strong knowledge of Revit MEP (Piping)
- Positive understanding of piping design principles, symbols, and standards
- Experience reading and interpreting P&IDs;, GA drawings, and specs
