Apt Resources, a well-known recruitment company, is seeking a friendly and outgoing Restaurant Hostess to join the team of one of their clients who have several restaurants in Dubai. As a Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for their guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant, providing a warm and friendly welcome
- Manage the reservation system effectively, ensuring all bookings are organized
- Coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth and productive dining service
- Communicate menu options to guests and answer any questions they may have
- Assist in seating guests and ensuring they are comfortable throughout their visit
- Manage guest complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner




- Keep the restaurant organized and tidy, ensuring high levels of cleanliness

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Hostess or in a similar role
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Understanding of restaurant operations and excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- A positive attitude and friendly demeanor towards guests
- Flexibility to work in evenings and on weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent education level.

AED 3000 to 3500 + 400 Food allowance + 350 to 500 (Service charge Avg) + 600-800 Credit card tips + free Accommodation + Transport + uniforms + Health insurance + air ticket (once every two years) + Paid leave as per UAE laws
