Key Responsibilities:
1. Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming raw materials, verify quantities against purchase orders and
delivery notes, and inspect for damage or discrepancies. Report any discrepancies immediately to the relevant
parties.
2. Storage and Organization: Organize and maintain the raw material storage area in a clean, safe, and effective
manner. Implement and adhere to established storage procedures and safety protocols.
3. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's inventory management
system (e.g., Excel, ERP, SAP). Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory counts.
4. Dispatch and Issuance: Process requests for raw materials from production, ensuring timely and accurate
fulfillment. Prepare materials for transport as required.
5. Stock Rotation: Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) or other stock rotation methods to minimize waste and
spoilage.
6. Record Keeping:



Maintain detailed and accurate records of all raw material transactions, including receipts,
issuances, and adjustments.
7. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety regulations and procedures, maintaining a clean and
organized workspace. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety guidelines.
8. Data Entry: Accurate and timely entry of data into the inventory management system.
9. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to raw materials in a timely and
efficient manner.
10. Other Duties: Assist with other warehouse tasks as required.
