- Stage -wise inspection of boiler components (headers, panels, coils) ensuring compliance with QAP, codes, and standards.

- Duties include material evaluation, heat treatment verification, welding inspection, documentation/reporting, NCR resolution, and coordination with third -party agencies for witness inspections.


- Perform detailed stage -wise inspections of boiler components such as headers, panels, and coils.

- Verify material compliance and traceability in alignment with QAP and applicable codes.

- Confirm proper execution and documentation of heat treatment processes.

- Conduct welding inspections and ensure weld quality meets required standards.

- Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation.

- Lead the identification, documentation, and resolution of non -conformance reports (NCRs).





- Coordinate with third -party inspection agencies to schedule and conduct witness inspections.




Requirements

- Proven experience in inspection of boiler or pressure vessel components.

- In -depth knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO).

- Familiarity with Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) and inspection procedures.

- Solid understanding of welding processes, heat treatment, and material specifications.

- Proficiency in report writing and documentation management.

- Ability to manage NCRs and drive corrective actions.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external agencies.
