- Design, analyze, and optimize chemical processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs

- Conduct process simulations and feasibility studies using industry -standard software

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all operations

- Collaborate with cross -functional teams to implement process improvements and new technologies

- Lead troubleshooting efforts for process deviations and equipment performance issues

- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders

- Support pilot -scale testing and scale -up activities from lab to production






Requirements

Qualification: M.Sc / B.E – Chemical Engineering


Experience: 5–7 years

- M.Sc / B.E in Chemical Engineering

- 5–7 years of relevant experience in chemical process engineering or related field

- Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS)

- Robust understanding of unit operations, thermodynamics, and reaction engineering

- Experience with safety and risk assessment methodologies (e.g., HAZOP, FMEA)

- Excellent problem -solving, analytical, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast -paced environments
