- Design, implement, and maintain LACP -based network configurations across enterprise environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues related to link aggregation.
- Collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure alignment between network architecture and business requirements.
- Monitor network health and proactively identify potential bottlenecks or failures.
- Document network designs, configurations, and change logs for compliance and knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with emerging networking technologies and best practices to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
ITI (LACP) (3–9 years)
- 3–9 years of hands -on experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure roles.
- Proven expertise in LACP implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting on Cisco, Juniper, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of Ethernet switching, VLANs, STP, and high -availability network designs.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios).
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem -solving skills and ability to work independently and in team settings.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement.
