Job Overview:

Looking a qualified and resourceful Systems Intern to support our corporate services department in ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations.

Responsibilities:

- Ensuring the optimal performance of the company's overall IT operations
- Diagnosing IT system problems, inefficiency & weaknesses and improve them
- Implementing technological solutions to meet business objectives
- Analyzing and implementing IT security infrastructure
- Conducting training for non-IT staff to use new IT system(s)
- Preparing reports on efficacy of technology in use
- Interacting with internal and external clients to identify current processes and practices improvements
- Managing system credentials and security
- Train clients with new IT practices and improve processes as per business requirements
- Help in plan, design, and implement new IT operational processes
- Report to and assist manager & authority with updates as per business requirements





Requirements:

- Minimum 3 months of commitment
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of M365 admin Suite

Eligibility:

- Graduate / Post Graduate (IT)
- Diploma in any related field
