We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to take ownership of building scalable, high-performing web applications from the ground up. You’ll work at the intersection of backend, frontend, and infrastructure, using modern JavaScript technologies to create seamless user experiences and robust systems.
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Architect APIs and backend services that are reliable, secure, and performant
Develop modular, reusable frontend components with React (Hooks, Redux, Context API)
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code across the stack
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and QA engineers throughout the development lifecycle
Conduct code reviews, suggest optimizations, and help improve coding standards
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of strong experience with the MERN stack
Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Deep familiarity with React.js, Node.js, and Express.js
Strong experience with MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization
Understanding of RESTful API design, Git workflows, and Agile development
Knowledge of component architecture, state management, and application structuring
Bonus Points:
Experience with Docker, AWS, or CI/CD tools
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha)
Exposure to microservices architecture and API gateways
