This position requires a strong background in developing and implementing solutions using the RxClaim platform, focusing on enhancing pharmacy benefit management and optimizing workflows. The successful candidate will play a key role in configuring plans, managing client implementations, and ensuring the effective utilization of RxClaim capabilities to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and maintain RxClaim solutions tailored to client needs and business requirements.
- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for RxClaim implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve system functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RxClaim systems and workflows.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices within RxClaim implementations.
- Participate in end-user training and documentation efforts to promote user adoption of RxClaim functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements or optimizations.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with RxClaim development and configuration.
- Robust understanding of pharmacy benefit management processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in RxClaim scripting, including experience with claim adjudication processes.
- Familiarity with SQL querying and database management as it pertains to RxClaim data.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, paired with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing client implementations and project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of additional pharmacy-related software solutions (e.g., DUR, formulary management systems).
- Experience with Agile development practices and environments.
