An established Australian mortgage brokerage is looking for a highly capable Mortgage Broker Assistant who can support both loan processing and credit assessment functions. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in the Australian mortgage space, this could be the perfect long-term prospect.

✅ What You’ll Do:

- Manage end-to-end loan processing: application to settlement
- Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties
- Conduct credit analysis and assess borrower eligibility
- Prepare loan documentation, serviceability calculations, and lender comparisons
- Use CRM systems like MyCRM, Mercury, or Infynity




- Stay current with lender policies and industry updates

? What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years of experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker
- Strong understanding of both loan processing and credit analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
- Familiarity with major and non-major lenders in Australia
