Job Overview:

The IT Operations Intern will assist in the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the organizations IT infrastructure. This role offers hands-on experience with IT systems and processes, contributing to seamless operational support and innovative solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in managing and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems.
- Perform routine checks on system performance and report issues to the IT team.
- Help resolve basic technical problems for end-users and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Monitor network and server health using diagnostic tools.
- Support the team in identifying and mitigating potential risks to system availability.
- Maintain records of IT assets, configurations, and support tickets.
- Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical guides.
- Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, or new technology rollouts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and productive project delivery.
- Stay updated on IT trends and best practices to suggest improvements.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge.

Requirements:





- Willingness to learn about IT systems
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Team player with good presentation skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems
- Understands project management
- M365 stack knowledge
- Understands ITIL practices
- Familiar with various operating system and databases
- Can understand IT logs for audit

Eligibility Criteria:

- Engineering Graduates/ Post-graduates in Computers (or) IT
- Any relevant diploma in IT
