We are looking for a committed and qualified Estate Planning Support Executive to work directly with a leading Australian Financial Planning firm. The successful candidate will support estate planning processes, including client interactions and administrative tasks. This is a client-facing role that demands excellent communication skills, consistency, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Attend virtual meetings with clients of financial planning firms, following a script provided by the client.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with clients during estate planning consultations.
- Undergo comprehensive training on estate planning scripting and client software.
- Assist in scheduling client appointments using tools such as Calendly.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry for generating estate planning reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all the times.
Training & Support
- Full training on estate planning scripts and software will be provided by the client.
- Ongoing guidance and support during the initial on boarding period.
Qualifications and Experience
- 0-3 years in a client-facing role or similar administrative role preferred.
- BCOM, MCOM, MBA graduates are preferred
Key Skills
- Communication: Exceptional spoken English; must be clearly understood over virtual meetings
- Comfort with Scripts: Ability to confidently and consistently follow a provided script.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using online scheduling tools (like Calendly) and web-based software
- Availability: Must be able to start immediately or within 2 weeks, with readiness to go live within 4 weeks post-training.
