Must-Haves

- 0–3 years of experience in design, motion graphics, or creative roles, preferably in a startup or agency environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing:
- At least one product or explainer video
- A presentation deck or visual campaign
- Social media or motion design creatives
- A design system or branding project

- - Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or Premiere Pro).
- AI-native mindset, with hands-on experience using tools such as Runway, Pika, Midjourney, D-ID, Kaiber, ElevenLabs, Descript, CapCut, and similar platforms.
- Strong skills in Webflow or Framer, with the ability to craft smooth motion narratives and interactive experiences.
- Sharp eye for brand consistency, typography, visual hierarchy, and storytelling through design.
