We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CX Technical Consultant specializing in Oracle Cloud and Redwood Design System to join our digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle CX Cloud architecture, UI/UX principles, and front-end development technologies. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality user experiences that align with Oracle’s Redwood Design standards while addressing business and client requirements.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across geographies, enabling the delivery of scalable and engaging customer experience (CX) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- UI/UX Design and Development:
- Design, develop, and implement modern, responsive, and user-centric interfaces using Oracle Redwood Design System.
- Apply UI/UX design patterns to create visually appealing and intuitive experiences for Oracle CX Cloud applications.
- Ensure consistency across user interfaces by adhering to design guidelines, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.

- Application Development & Customization:

- Implement personalization and extensibility features using Oracle Visual Builder (VB Studio) to meet specific client needs.
- Develop responsive web applications and components using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JSON.
- Integrate data models, business logic, and APIs to create dynamic and interactive user interfaces.
- Utilize REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for seamless integration across systems.

- Project Execution & Collaboration:

- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers,



and functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Engage with business users across multiple business units to ensure transparent articulation of goals, processes, and technical solutions.
- Coordinate effectively with onshore and offshore technical and functional teams to ensure alignment across all project phases.
- Monitor progress of workstreams and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all project milestones leading up to successful Go-live.

- Quality Assurance & Documentation:

- Create and maintain technical design documents, test scripts, and system configuration records.
- Conduct testing and debugging to validate functionality, performance, and compliance with business requirements.
- Perform code reviews and enforce best practices to ensure maintainable and scalable solutions.

- Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud features, Redwood design guidelines, and emerging UI/UX trends.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members and business stakeholders when required.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and reusable framework development.

Key Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud CX technical implementation or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Oracle Redwood Design System, Visual Builder (VB Studio), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JSON, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience designing and deploying UI/UX solutions within Oracle Cloud ecosystems.
- Exposure to REST APIs, integrations, and cloud-native architectures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced, and client-facing environments.
