Requirements
NexGenTek is hiring AI Specialists to build and deploy enterprise -grade agent -based AI solutions for global clients. The role focuses on automation, AI integration, and data -driven decision systems across business workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI agents and agentic frameworks
- Integrate AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Python
- Identify and implement workflow automation opportunities
- Build data -driven insights and AI models
- Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver production -ready solutions
Skills Required
- Solid expertise in Python and AI/ML development
- Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering
- Knowledge of enterprise integrations and automation workflows
- Strong problem -solving and communication skills
