Position: Regional Manager – Warehousing & Supply Chain

Location: Tepla Region, Near Mohali, Punjab

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Years in Warehousing & Supply Chain

Job Type: Full-Time

Travel Requirement: Extensive intra-regional travel

Commitment: Long-term association preferred

Salary Range: ₹5,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (based on experience and profile suitability)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple warehouse sites across the Tepla region with end-to-end operational responsibility.

- Ensure seamless execution of warehousing and logistics functions including inventory control, inbound/outbound processes, and order fulfillment.

- Act as Key Account Manager (KAM) for clients, ensuring regular coordination, issue resolution, and performance delivery as per SLAs.

- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency, compliance, and safety across all locations.

- Supervise manpower planning, staff performance, shift scheduling, and ensure proper team training and motivation.

- Drive operational KPIs through data-backed decision-making and process improvements.

- Utilize inventory and warehouse management systems (preferably SAP MM or similar platforms) for real-time control and reporting.

- Ensure accuracy in reporting and documentation using Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

- Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams,



and vendors for effective supply chain coordination.

- Continuously identify opportunities for cost optimization, service enhancement, and operational scalability.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in warehousing and supply chain, preferably in logistics, FMCG, e-commerce, or 3PL sectors.

- Proven track record of managing multi-site warehouse operations and large on-ground teams.

- Proficiency in SAP MM or similar industry-leading inventory management software.

- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Tepla region (near Mohali, Punjab).

- Comfortable with extensive travel within the region.

- Strong communication and client-handling skills.

- Industry contacts in the warehousing/logistics ecosystem will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of professionalism and accountability.
