The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience aligned with the company’s talent strategy.

Requirements

- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs

- Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms (e.g., job portals, social media)

- Source candidates using various methods (online channels, networking, referrals)

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

- Follow up with candidates and provide timely feedback

- Manage offer letters, pre-joining formalities, and documentation

- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives

- Prepare and share recruitment MIS/reports with HR and leadership

- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
