Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive resolution of aging accounts receivable by engaging with clients through calls and in-person visits to address payment delays.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard external recovery consultants for high-risk accounts requiring specialized intervention.
- Represent the organization and build relationships with local authorities, municipal bodies, and utility providers.
- Act as the on-ground operational expert to handle critical disputes, escalations, and operational challenges that cannot be resolved remotely.
- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments while maintaining positive client relationships and protecting the company's interests.
What We Are Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in debt recovery, field operations, real estate liaison, or a similar high-stakes operational role.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and persuasion skills with the ability to achieve outcomes in challenging situations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences, including HNIs, business owners, local contractors, and government officials.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and handling sensitive operational matters independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure and drive resolutions efficiently.
