Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) processes, including journal entries, fixed asset accounting, general ledger reconciliations, and period-end close.
- Perform and review bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of variances.
- Own period close activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to timelines.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, explanations, and required documentation.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
- Lead regular review calls and governance meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure effective SLA and KPI management, driving process efficiency and quality.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage customer interactions,



including in office coordination and floor walks.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 2+ years in Record to Report (RTR).
- Minimum 2+ years of team handling / people management experience.
- Strong exposure to period-end close, reconciliations, and audit support.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across functions such as HR, Audit, BRMs, and support teams.
- Experience in SLA/KPI governance, escalation management, and service delivery reviews.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and drive solutions.
- Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders, including on-site interactions.
