Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in dam construction projects.
- Robust site experience in Concrete/RCC gravity dams is mandatory.
- Experience in large hydropower projects preferred.
- Proven expertise in construction supervision, quality control, and stakeholder coordination.
