QA Automation Engineer


Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and detail -oriented QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Python -based automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands -on experience in web test automation, CI/CD integration, and a solid understanding of modern testing practices. Experience in API and mobile automation testing will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities


- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Robot Framework.

- Implement scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.

- Perform web application automation using Selenium WebDriver.

- Develop reusable test components following best practices (e.g., Page Object Model).

- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.

- Participate in test planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities.

- Maintain and enhance test documentation and automation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong programming experience in Python.

- Hands -on expertise with Robot Framework for functional and regression automation.

- Solid experience in web automation using Selenium WebDriver.

- Experience integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.

- Good understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred / Nice -to -Have Skills

- API automation testing using Java.

- Experience testing REST and gRPC services.

- Hands -on experience with tools such as Postman and RestAssured.

- Mobile application test automation using Python/Robot Framework.

- Experience with mobile automation tools such as Appium.

- Exposure to Android and iOS test environments.
